About Us

Rob - Owner & Head Trainer /

Rob has been working in fitness for the past decade. His fitness career as a high-end personal trainer has led him all over the world – Ireland, Australia and Asia. Prior to that, sport and fitness has always played a large role in Rob’s life, from top league junior football to semi-professional rugby touring in South Africa and New Zealand. Rob is an action man and has to experience everything he teaches – documenting his own challenge to attain sub 7% body fat. A firm believer in goal setting – each year he has achieved his best with his fitness goals such as completing a 70.3 Iron Man and running the NYC marathon. Rob believes that everyone can attain health by seeking a balance of physical endurance and mental training. Ben – Head of Operations /

Ben left the corporate world behind last year to work in health and fitness full time, having previously worked with a range of clients from friends to professional athletes on a part-time basis. Sport has dominated Ben’s life, playing several sports at a provincial level when younger, to completing an Ultra Marathon last year. As a result he has a breadth of experience in different types of training – his favourite training for both himself and clients is high intensity sessions – hence the draw to F45. Ben believes in a full circle approach to health, where nutrition, rest and mental health play equally as an important part as the high intensity sessions in the gym. Matt - Trainer /

Matt has been a Personal Trainer for 8 years. Australian born and bred, fitness and an active lifestyle has been his passion since he was young. A trained singer and actor Matt is currently in the cast of Jersey Boys London, so a functional and a realistic approach to fitness is a necessity in the performing arts and in day to day life. Matt is a motivator, he will push you to your limits whilst putting a smile on your face! Favourite F45 exercise – Box Jump Burpee Favourite meal – Any chicken related dish, I’m all over it! Favourite Quote – ‘Pain is only weakness leaving the body’

Mark

Mark - Trainer

Health and Fitness has always and will continue to be a massive part of Mark’s lifestyle. Through a rugby career he has extensive knowledge and understanding of what it takes to get results and maintain them. Preparation, dedication, and a will to never give in! His favourite style of training people has always been HIIT (High intensity interval training). He is looking forward to the introduction of the Brooklyn class at F45, as he believes boxing is the best form of conditioning and gives clients a real outlet to let out any stress. To know he has helped in the process of clients reaching their personal goals is what motivates him as a trainer. Favourite F45 exercise:   Clap push ups (Burn every time no matter how fit or strong I get L) Favourite healthy meal:  Asian starter San Choy Bow.

Cam -Trainer

Drawn to fitness from an early age Cam knew he wanted to become a personal trainer to provide health and fitness for those who share the same passion. Melbourne born and raised, Cam loves goal setting and achieving not only for his self but anyone around him, especially clients.
A keen boxer, Can has had several successful amateur fights. This is reflected in his love of high intensity circuits and boxing circuits, get to one of his classes to experience it.
Favourite F45 exercise: ”Rower”- it’s you against the clock where you can’t hide!!
Favourite healthy meal: I happen to make the best home made pesto pasta (maybe not the healthiest but so good!).

 

Mel - Trainer

Danielle - Studio Manager

Danielle plays the important role of looking after all of our members and ensuring every F45 participant leaves with a smile! Managing the studio and all your emails – make sure you stop and have a chat with her next time you are in. Danielle comes from a holistic background as a wellness coach – having run her own business back in Ireland before moving over to open F45. She is the yin to her husband Rob’s yang. She is often heard cheerleading and coaching from the sidelines at the desk in F45! Danielle is a yoga and meditation teacher, and a crystal and chakra intuitive therapist… even though she is fascinating with subtle energy, astrology and the stars she loves the practical and physical aspects that F45 offer. A true F45 fanatic! Favourite F45 exercise:   Kettle bell swings Favourite healthy meal:  Haloumi & Super Grain salad from Pure
